The Muncie Housing Authority (MHA) serves the needs of the citizens of Muncie, Indiana and those wishing to move to our great Community who are in need of affordable housing.

The MHA administers Low Income Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Program and HCVP Family Self Sufficiency. Find out if the services we offer meet your needs.
